The Hollandia Mimo 19" Shimano Nexus Mid Motor Electric City Bike features a 7 speed rear wheel which allows you to chose just the right level of effort and speed.
You have never ridden an e-bike like the MiMo 7.19! FIVE POWER ASSIST levels really get you going! You also have the option to shut off the motor, in which case the Shimano Nexus 7-speed Internal derailleur will provide you with smooth shifting and even smoother riding. The 700 x37C tires provide a good grip on the road without too much rolling resistance.
The bike is even easier to ride than your typical 7-speed e-bike though. It is equipped with cadence sensing pedal assist. This means the bike can sense when you are pedaling and the motor will kick in to help you out.
The LED display shows a 5-level battery indicator, assist level indicator, and a light on/off indicator. Ergonomically designed saddle and handlebars make the bike not only eays to ride, but also comfortable to ride. The rear rack allows you to carry more with you on your journey. The bike weighs 55 pounds and has a weight capacity of 250 pounds.
What is really unique about the Hollandia MiMo is that the motor by Bafang (250 watts) has a capacitor and is located in the front wheel hub. This allows for a traditional crankset which means a lot less weight than you might see on many other e-bikes. The capacitor will also store energy, allowing for the lights to be on even while the bike is not in motion! This is an important safety feature not found on many e-bikes in the United States.
The battery takes 3-4 hours to charge. The Hollandia MiMo has a maximum range of about 75 miles per charge, dependent upon power assist level used and other conditions. It's the best way to enjoy the thrill of riding a bike no matter your age or fitness level.
